The trip from Metropolis to Washington D.C. had been quiet and relaxed. They'd gone over the plan several times just to be sure they knew what they were doing. Even though Oliver still didn't love the plan, he'd conceded to the fact it was the best and most likely way to draw out the city's hero.

It felt extremely odd to be going out after night in a pair of jeans and a dark hoodie with the hood drawn over his head rather than his Green Arrow uniform. And he felt naked without his bow and quiver.

Oliver glanced at Chloe as she made her way across the empty street and he shivered a little against the cold air. It was even chillier in D.C. than it was in Kansas.
