Forty-five minutes later found them in downtown Metropolis, wearing casual dress clothes. Oliver had removed the sling, not wanting to take any extra chances when it came to drawing the media's attention. Instead, he simply wore his brown leather jacket over his shirt, giving himself a little extra padding in case his arm got bumped.
Glancing at her sideways as they walked down the sidewalk, he smiled faintly. "So where is this place?"

Date: 2009-08-17 09:19 pm (UTC)Her thoughts were interrupted by a voice that was coming from right above her head, when Chloe looked up she realized two guys were leaning over the booth, their faces close to her, their alcohol breath incredibly strong.
"Need some company?" One of them asked as the other one had already moved to sit down next to her, his arm going around her shoulders.
"Actually-" She started to move away, over to the other side of the booth but the first guy had gotten in and they had blocked both ends of the booth.
Chloe took a deep breath and frowned at them, her voice a little louder as she grabbed her purse, "actually I'm here with someone and if I were you, I'd get out before he gets back from the bathroom."
Her drink was in her other hand and she was prepared to throw it.

As soon as she had room to move, Chloe pushed away from the guy, pushing his arm away and throwing her drink straight in his face, "I told you to let go."
