Oliver stood on the rooftop of the clocktower, looking out over the city with more than a small amount of frustration.

Emil had given him the go ahead to resume 'regular duties' earlier that day, but unfortunately 'regular duties' did not, apparently, include dressing in green leather and taking down bad guys.

It had been nearly three weeks since the incident with Doomsday, and to say he'd been feeling restless was an understatement. It was beyond restless now.

Now he was just starting to feel useless.

And Oliver Queen did not enjoy feeling useless.

Heaving a sigh, he leaned heavily on the ledge, an unhappy expression on his face.

With a soft smile, she leaned closer to him once again, kissing him slowly but firmly as she wrapped her arms around him again, holding him to her tightly.

His arms wound around her just as tightly while he kissed her back, his hands trailing down her sides to the hem of her shirt. He tugged it upwards, his fingers grazing against her bare skin.

She broke the kiss, taking a deep breath and raising her arms so he could get the shirt off of her then met his gaze for a second before leaning down, kissing his neck then sucking lightly on his skin.

A groan escaped him involuntarily and he leaned his head back to give her better access. God, he'd missed this. Sure, they'd kissed and slept side-by-side every night since Doomsday's attack, but the physical contact had been absent because necessity dictated it be so. But now he was healed--not one hundred percent, but close enough.
