He exited the elevator when it arrived at the top floor of the clock tower and he paused for a moment, spotting Chloe standing at her desk, her back to him. A slow smirk spread across his face and he set his briefcase down on the floor silently and moved up so he was standing behind her.

Oliver rested his hands on her hips, pulling her back against him and kissing the back of her neck silently, his tongue flickering out to taste her skin.

"Miss me?"

Not only did she jump, but she also screamed. Normally, she would have heard the elevator get to the top of the Clock Tower, but she was trying to listen to some of the feeds from bugs Bart had placed all over one of Lex's newest facilities so she had had her headphones on.

Her heart was beating fast as she turned around with wide eyes to look at him, yanking the headphones from her ears, "are you trying to kill me?

He blinked. That definitely hadn't been the reaction he'd been going for. "Hardly," he said with a frown. "I thought you heard me come in."

Chloe took a deep breath and nodded a little, looking up at him, "I didn't think you would be here until ten or so..."

"Oh. Sorry I scared you." He gazed at her intently.

Chloe cleared her throat, the way he was looking at her not going unnoticed by her and she smirked a little, "might wanna try that again."

A smirk spread across his face. "Sounds like a good idea to me," he responded.

With a grin, she turned around again, her back to him and looked back to the computer screen, clearing her throat and straightening up as she waited.

Amusement flickered over his features as he shifted closer to her once more, placing his lips against the back of her neck and kissing her there softly. His hands settled once more on her hips.

Chloe sighed deeply, letting her head drop forward and placing her hands over his. One week since she had last seen him and it felt a lot longer than that. Especially because of everything that had happened.

He hadn't planned to be gone the whole week, but once he'd arrived in Star City, there had been meetings to attend, business to take care of, streets to patrol. But a full week had definitely been too long. He trailed kisses down her neck to her shoulder, slowly sliding his hands up her body to cup her breasts through the material of her shirt.

She shivered and leaned back against him, rubbing her hands over his arms, "glad you're back."

He couldn't help but smile at that admission. "Me too." He slid his hands back down to her waist, then pulled at the hem of her tank top, tugging it over her head and discarding it on the floor.

With a deep breath, she turned around and looked up at him, grinning slowly, "what took you so long?"

"Did I say turn around?" he murmured, raising an eyebrow.

Pausing, she cocked her head, "I wasn't supposed to turn around unless you told me to?" She asked, a little surprised, they hadn't done something like that before.

"I thought we could try something different," he informed her, leaning in and placing a kiss against her throat.

"I got that much," she smirked a little, closing her eyes and rubbing her hands over his chest and down his stomach before letting her hands dropping to her side and leaning into him, rubbing against him as she turned her back to him once more.
