Oliver's mouth was set into a hard frown as he made his way into the Watchtower after a long day at Queen Industries. In the middle of the day, he'd checked his email and found out a rather disturbing piece of information from Lois that had bothered him ever since. Sitting through a board meeting and then having to field calls from overseas investors had been more than a tedious chore when all he'd wanted to do was get back to the Watchtower and talk to Chloe.

If there was one thing he didn't like, it was being in the dark, especially when it came to people he cared about. He stepped into the main room, where she was sitting behind her computer, though he knew she knew he was there. There were security monitors all over the place.

He simply folded his arms across his chest, leaned against the wall and waited for her to turn around.

He nodded. "I didn't like being called on it at the time, but I get where he was coming from."

Sighing softly, she nodded, chest suddenly a little tight. She knew she had to do something about the situation with Clark soon.

"I guess when you're on life threatening situations every other week, you tend to take every little thing a little more seriously?"

"Wait, we're down to every other week now? Good to know. I was thinking about taking a vacation week after next." He smiled, sensing her sudden shift in mood and wanting to lighten it once more.

Chloe took a deep breath, willing herself to relax and smiled a little at him, "yeah? I guess I can have that party here then."

"Well, you could always come with me on said vacation." He studied her.

Smirking a little, she raised her eyebrows, "and miss the opportunity to walk around naked?"

His eyes widened ever-so-slightly. "Well, you could do that now. But you might want to warn Vic and the others so they don't just walk right in." He smirked back.

Raising her eyebrows, she watched him, "did you not get the part about me waiting for my roommate to leave town before I get to walk around naked?"

"I'm saying you don't have to wait." He grinned, his eyes filled with mischief.

"If you're so interested on seeing me naked, you can just google my naked pictures, you know?" She teased.

He chuckled. "If I really believed there were any out there, I just might, Sidekick," he teased, moving past her.

She turned to look at him and cocked her head, "what next?"

Nodding, he drew in a deep breath and exhaled before returning to their scheduled training session. After a half hour of showing her some of the most basic moves, and teaching her a few of the 'fast and dirty' tricks as Dinah referred to them, he looked at her. "You ready to try some of this out?"

"On you?" She grinned a little, she was a little breathless from the last part, not used to the exercise part of it, but she was feeling good about it.

He arched an eyebrow. "Well, yeah."

"Okay," with a deep breath, she brushed her hair behind her ears and stood on the position he had taught her earlier, "attack me."

Oliver waited a moment in an attempt to catch her off-guard, then grabbed her from behind.

Chloe leaned back into him, struggling for a second then moving an arm down, her elbow pressing against her stomach gently as she moved her other hand towards his face, turning her head up to look at him, her face inches from his.

He found himself staring right into her eyes and for a moment his gut clenched. "Very good," he murmured, not moving away.

Her own stomach tightened and her breath caught as she looked at him, "thank you," she blinked and looked away, that kept happening and it was starting to get harder to ignore the fact that she felt like she was on fire every time it did and even harder to ignore how much she wanted to feel his lips on hers.

When she looked away, he shut his eyes for a second, then opened them again. He didn't really know what was happening, but he knew that right now it wasn't a good time for it to be happening. "All right. I think that's good for today."

With a deep breath, she nodded, hesitating before taking a step away from him, "thanks," she said, wiping her hands over her sides, "that was informative."

"Good to hear. Cause we're doing it again tomorrow," he informed her seriously as he headed toward the stairs.
